Tracy Friedman
Bringing 30 years of extensive experience in
the aerospace sector, I specialize in pilot and
maintenance training alongside a
comprehensive background in IT customer
support, project, portfolio, program, and
product management. My expertise is
anchored in continuous improvement through
Lean and Six Sigma practices, which I
leverage to optimize delivery and operations.
Currently, I successfully manage a diverse
portfolio of over 50 customers, driving strategic
alignment and sustained engagement.
Tracy Lawless
With 29 years of extensive IT experience—including 24 years in the aerospace sector and 5 years in the energy industry—I am a seasoned professional
specializing in IT customer support, project,
portfolio, program, and product management,
with a proven track record in SAP deployments and other major implementations. Backed by expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, I currently oversee and lead teams comprising 50 resources to drive operational excellence and strategic delivery.
